Description
Detective Inspector Vincent Ruiz is lying in a London hospital bed trying desperately to recover his memory. He was found unconscious on a boat on the Thames, covered by the blood of two people - both of whom are missing, along with a #300,000 ransom. Ruiz can remember nothing of this. Instead he is haunted by memories of a seven-year-old girl, Mickey Carlyle, who vanished from the stairwell of a mansion block three years earlier.
