"Oil was discovered less than twenty miles away from the quiet farming town of Logan Station and a new boom town, Cimarron, Sprang up overnight as hundreds of rough and tough oil well riggers rushed to the pan-handle to drill for black gold. They were soon followed by saloon keepers, gamblers, and dance hall girls. To the citizens of Logan Station, Cimarron was a sin-pot that threatened their law-abiding town.
