Nursing, like all other health professions, has been undergoing monumental change since 1965, when major health legislation was begun at the federal and state levels of government.In order to meet the growing needs of our citizens, the nursing profession is taking some positive steps to make sure that care from competent and concerned health personnel is whenever and wherever the need arises.
