Description

Tom Gilliam is the new kid, but his bad attitude gets him suspended for fighting. Tom and his father travel a lot because of Mr. Gilliam's frequent job changes, but Fenton Hardy thinks Tom's father is disposing of stolen goods in Bayport! When Tom disappears, Frank and Joe discover suspicious activities at the shipping company where Tom's father works--along with a network of thieves!
