When Stuart Brannon returns home to find someone living on his property, he tells the man to leave. But Earl Howland was hired by the Casa Verde Land Corporation and won't go. After Brannon proves he's the rightful owner of the ranch, Earl hires on with him and everything is fine--until the Casa Verde collectors show up and threaten Brannon.
