Description
The basis of Stanley Kramer classic motion picture comedy "So This Is New York!" starring Henry Morgan and Rudy Vallee. A small town man inherits a significant fortune and takes his family to New York City. Urban culture shock takes the form of strange ways and colorful oddball characters the likes of which have not been seen back home in idyllic South Bend. About a week before we was due to leave I made the remark that it would seem good to be back in South Bend and get some home cooking.
