The evolution of television has many facets beginning with the interesting and creative mechanical approaches of the 1920s, the invention of all-electronic television in the 1930's, and its and its subsequent wide-spread cultural adoption. Television expanded the cultural impact of radio by adding the visual dimension to the familiar auditory medium and brought a magical and engaging experience into the home.
