My twelve-year-old walked into the room the other day and said, "How do you loik my het?" "Not bad!" I replied. "You've almost got the Australian accent nailed." He walked away, mumbling, "I'd loik some chicken salt on thet?" Then he looked over his shoulder and asked, "Do they call it chicken or chook salt?" "Chicken salt," I answered. "OK. Hooroo."
