Description
The purpose of this material is to spark discussion and debate, further academic study, and potential agreement about institutionalizing fundamental teaching/training (academics) baseline skills. Past and present related literature suggests there are no standard baseline skills identified and taught to teachers/trainers (academics), Datar, Garvin, & Cullen, 2010. The “overarching theory” for this work is: ALL PROFESSIONAL ACADEMICS “MUST” BE IN POSSESSION OF THE SAME “COMMON CORE” SKILLS.
