Description
Modeling shortline railroads can lead down many paths. They often feature smaller, older equipment, less-frequent operation, and simple track arrangements, all of which can make them easier to re-create compared to high-traffic mainline railroads. This lends them to modeling, especially for those with limited space. It also provides a great opportunity for modelers who like highly detailed scenes.
