Description

Rion Fletcher, at eighteen a misfit in high school and in the sheltered suburbs where he has always lived, finds himself in the hospital, after a bewildering auto crash that he is unable to explained. Faced with the choice of psychiatric treatment or possible jail on a variety of charges-drunk and disorderly conduct, striking an officer, resisting arrest-he tries to recall the chain of events which led to his undoing.
