Description

Nat has been "fired" from another school, but this headmaster suggests something that surprises him. Nat and his father are to spend time at "Outcrop," a house on a small island off the coast of Maine. The islanders are a resolute, independent group of people who have much to teach a boy who needs to learn self-respect.
