"Frank Lloyd Wright (1867-1959) is one of the great figures of 20th century architecture and his fame has gone beyond the American context, where most of his built work is located. Several of his projects have become emblematic, notably the famous House on the Cascade and the Guggenheim Museum in New York inaugurated the year of his death. Wright published A Testament at the age of 90, having already published an Autobiography.
