"This book has touched my life in a number of ways that might be too numerous to pencil down. I must admit that when I first heard the principles expressed in this book in 2010 in one of the life course programmes where the author was a speaker, I never knew it would one day turn out to be a book. It brings me great joy to see those new principles now expanded.
